Review : makes a nice walkman dock using usb
This is a pretty nice all in one system-FM radio, Ipod dock, CD and usb/sd card input. I like it because my walkmans--with or without bluetooth will play via usb just as if they were docked While Yamaha TSX series will play walkmans without bluetooth fine--they don't recognize those with bluetooth even when the bluetooth is turned off--so for that reason this unit is exceptional--the closest I can get to a quality walkman dock
Sound is good--about equal to Yamaha TSX 120. Bass and Treble are adjustable--but at low volumes there isn't a real significant change--though at higher volumes it makes quite a bit of difference--I keep my unit set at Bass +2 and treble +1 and this yields sound that I find most satisfactory for nearly all of my music.
Remote is rather large-guess that makes it harder to lose--unlike many of these modern stereo radios-all functions of this unit can be controlled on the main unit should the remote be misplaced.
