Review : Very nice, un-beatable for the price.
These speakers are very, very nice. Excellent construction and aesthetic, for beginners. The highs are crisp, clear, and not overly-sharp/"painful." The mids are all detailed and easily heard. Though I definitely would recommend a sub woofer for someone who is a "bass-head", or listens to bass-intensive music such as myself (classical/electronica), most listeners may appreciate the bass these have on their own with proper equalization. The speaker covers are nice. The speakers comes with adhesive-stick rubber feet to protect the surface the speakers sit on, and to reduce vibration also. The speaker connections in the back are nice and solid, very easy to operate. These are excellent speakers for a computer, or TV when paired with a sub-woofer, or for use as rear speakers with the larger, floor-standing versions.
I believe, explains the few gripe about Klipsch KB15 Icon 5-1/4" 2-Way Bookshelf Speakers (Pair) not fitting or leaking.
