Just like Matthew Polk's Signature Reference Theater (SRT) system, the components used in the RT Series benefit from Dynamic Balance, a technology which came out of a joint research project between Polk Audio and Johns Hopkins University. I could not be happier! Sounds great and look very sleek. I installed them as RL in my 12' ceiling family room and I was surprise with the results. Highs and mids are very detailed and lows are so good that I barely notice when my sub is turned off.
I think, explains the few complaints on Polk Audio 265RT (Ea) 3-way In-wall Speaker not fitting or leaking.
