Review : Decent, but thought it would be better
My first experience with Klipsch occurred when I purchased the 2.1 Pro computer speakers. To this day, they are the most phenomenal computer speakers I have ever heard. So, I was hooked. When looking to install a home speaker system, I really liked the sound of the Klipsch ceiling speakers, but I couldn't afford them. I opted for JBLs for the ceiling, and was very happy. I tried out a few center speakers, but the best sound seemed to come from Klipsch, again. This time, I could afford it. I finally needed a subwoofer to complete the system.
The JBLs that were affordable just looked cheap. In fact, most of the subwoofers either looked cheap, didn't auto-off when not being used, or were not compatible with a standard A/V receiver. When I noticed the 308 going on sale on Amazon, there weren't many reviews out, so I waited. The price went back up, so I waited longer. When the price came back down, I made the purchase.
The subwoofer arrived in pristine...
I believe, explains the few grievance about Klipsch SW308 Black Reference II Powered Subwoofer not fitting or leaking.
Hope this Klipsch SW308 Black Reference II Powered Subwoofer comment was helpful!
