When you spend only $200 for a subwoofer you can't honestly expect much, but in the case of the PS10 you'd be quite surprised how much you do get. For a 10" driver the bass is powerful and clear, so it's equally adept at both home theater and music.
As of this writing I've reviewed 6 different subwoofers from various manufacturers, and posted those evaluation on several AV-related forums (avsforum.com among them). Because of my exposure I've become somewhat well versed with subwoofers, so I'm not a complete novice. Personally I feel the OSD PS10 is a solid value for a small to medium sized room, one that would be hard to beat for the price.
For those looking at budget subwoofers this one should be on your "short list".
