I took a chance on these speakers and I am glad I did. I couldn't find a lot of reviews posted online and I couldn't find a local store that had them set up to demo. I installed them as a pair in my kitchen for stereo listening. Placement was a little different than traditional in-ceiling speakers since the woofer and tweeter are angled down toward the listener. The sound is very clear and I don't have any complaints with them. As expected with in-ceilings, there isn't a ton of bass but I was pleasantly surprised with the modest amount that they put out.
I think, explains the few complaints respecting MartinLogan Helos 100 High-Performance 8-Inch In-Ceiling Speaker (Each) not fitting or leaking.
