Review : For the price they are good but...
I desperately needed a new pair of speakers and these were decently priced. I bought them as as stop-gap before I really went nuts on getting good speakers. If you are going to be shaking the house with drum, bass, and heavy guitar music my recommendation is to get a subwoofer otherwise the sound is way off. For classical music they are fairly good and I can't complain too much on the sound - good sound actually.
If you can wait and save some money, look elsewhere. If you already have a subwoofer or are planning and getting one - and trying to keep the price down - I say go for it. I'm not unhappy with these, I just miss the room shaking bass from my last pair of speakers when I'm blasting my brain cells to some good rock 'n' roll.
