I have been buying SONOS SUB Wireless Subwoofer (Matte Black) Limited Edition for days gone by almost 1 year. SONOS SUB Wireless Subwoofer (Matte Black) Limited Edition wuth brand "Sonos" could be the best Subwoofers on the market.

Review : Awesome Sub - Matte Finish definitely a step down from gloss
The sub is fantastic as we all know and a must have if you have the Playbar. Performance is superb and setup super easy.

One thing to note is that the this Matte finish is probably not what you're thinking. It's not a premium matte finish -- soft, rubbery/velvety. Not so. It's not even the kind of matte/non-gloss finish you have on Play 5 or Play 3. It's completely different and quite frankly a little downscale. What's it like then?

It's a HARD PLASTIC MATTE. I now understand why Sonos charged $100 less for this version vs. the black gloss. The finish is simply not as nice. Don't get me wrong -- it's still a beautiful sub and the performance is absolutely superb. But it's definitely not as much of a showpiece as the black gloss version.

Would have given 5 stars if the matte finish was nicer.


I think, explains the few gripe regards SONOS SUB Wireless Subwoofer (Matte Black) Limited Edition not fitting or leaking.
